Privacy policy

Parcel Prism, explained clearly.

Effective July 23, 2026. This policy describes the current iPhone release of Parcel Prism.

1. Who operates the game

Parcel Prism is operated by Makepad, Paris, France. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@makepad.fr.

2. Information stored by the game

The game stores the following first-party information locally on your device so it can remember settings and progress:

  • Control preferences
  • Level completion and star progression
  • A pending Game Center score, if one could not be sent immediately

This first-party gameplay information is not uploaded to a Makepad server. On a shared device, local progress can reflect play by a previous device user.

3. Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer the request, troubleshoot, protect the games, and meet legal obligations. Avoid sending player identifiers, advertising identifiers, consent records, or unrelated personal information.

4. Google Mobile Ads and privacy choices

The game includes Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent and privacy choices. Depending on device, region, consent, and production configuration, Google says its Mobile Ads SDK may collect:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
  • non-user-related crash logs, user-associated performance information, and other diagnostic data;
  • a device identifier, such as an advertising identifier or an app- or developer-bounded identifier;
  • advertising data, including ads seen; and
  • product interaction data, such as app launches, taps, or video views.

Google describes these uses as including ad delivery, measurement, analytics, service performance, and advertising features. UMP refreshes consent information before ad requests and presents messages or a privacy-options form when required. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Google’s bundled SDK privacy manifest conservatively marks its Device ID category as potentially used for tracking. The current app does not request ATT permission or access IDFA: it forces non-personalized ad requests, disables advertising personalization and publisher first-party ID, and contains no additional mediation, first-party analytics, attribution, remote configuration, or first-party crash-reporting service.

5. Rewarded ads are optional

After an incorrect dispatch, and only after you choose the offer. The disclosed benefit is: One incorrect switch is moved to a solver-verified safe route for that manifest. Retry free is always available. Closing early or an unavailable ad grants nothing and never blocks play. Assisted clears are capped at two stars.

The reward is granted at most once and only after the SDK reports completion for the still-current offer. Ad availability is never guaranteed.

6. Optional Game Center

Optional Game Center competition uses total stars. A pending score stays bound to the player who opened that manifest.

Apple may process your Game Center player identity, alias, score, and related service information. Makepad does not create a separate player account from it. Read Apple’s Privacy Policy for Apple’s practices.

7. Retention and deletion

Device-local data remains until the app replaces it during normal play or you delete the app. Offloading may preserve app data; choose Delete App for a local reset. Deleting the app removes control preferences, level stars, and any unsent score stored on that device. Scores already accepted by Game Center remain with Apple.

Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain security and support records, or meet legal requirements. Google and Apple set retention for information they process under their respective policies.

8. Your choices and rights

  • Decline any rewarded-ad offer and use the free play or retry action.
  • When displayed, open Privacy choices in the app to review or change choices handled by UMP.
  • Use iOS Settings › Game Center to sign out or manage Game Center participation.
  • Delete the app—not merely offload it—to remove device-local progress and preferences.
  • Email hello@makepad.fr to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal where applicable.

Because Makepad does not operate player accounts or receive first-party gameplay uploads, we may have no server-side gameplay record to identify. We will explain what we can act on and direct requests concerning Google or Apple processing to the appropriate provider.

9. Sharing and international processing

Makepad does not upload or sell first-party gameplay progress. Information may be processed by Google for advertising/consent, by Apple for Game Center and App Store services, or by service providers needed to handle an email support request. Google and Apple may process information in countries other than yours and describe their safeguards in their policies.

10. Children

The current release is a general-audience game, is not presented as an App Store Kids Category product, and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Audience, consent, and ad treatment may be adapted where required by law or platform rules.

11. Security and policy changes

We use data minimization, device-local storage, bounded history where applicable, player-bound pending Game Center submissions, consent-before-ad-request controls, and one-time reward validation. No method is perfectly secure. We may update this policy when the app, SDKs, regions, or legal requirements change and will revise the effective date on this page.
