Quick answers for play, optional ads, Game Center, privacy choices, accessibility, and device-local progress.

A parcel reached the wrong bay

Use Undo before dispatch when it is available, or choose Retry free after the result. Check every switch from the parcel entrance to its matching color and shape.

My stars did not appear in Game Center

Confirm you are signed in under iOS Settings › Game Center, then reopen Parcel Prism with a network connection. Scores are never reassigned if the Game Center account changes mid-manifest.

A rewarded ad is unavailable

Use the free action shown beside the offer and keep playing. Ads require a network connection, consent where required, and available inventory; an ad can never be guaranteed.

An ad closed without a reward

A reward is granted only after the advertising SDK confirms completion for the current offer. Closing early, interruption, no fill, or presentation failure grants nothing. The normal free path remains available.

Change advertising privacy choices

When privacy options are required in your region, use the Privacy choices button shown by the app’s advertising panel. If the button is not shown, the consent platform has reported that a privacy-options form is not currently required.

Game Center is unavailable

Open iOS Settings › Game Center and confirm you are signed in, then return to the app. Local play never requires Game Center and remains available offline.

Sound, haptics, motion, or spoken controls

Check the in-game controls and iOS Accessibility settings. The games respect supported system settings such as VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. Include the exact screen and control in your support email if something remains inaccessible.

Reset this game on your iPhone

  1. Touch and hold the app icon, then choose Remove App.
  2. Choose Delete App—not Offload App—and confirm.
  3. Reinstall from the App Store for a fresh local start.

Deleting the app removes control preferences, level stars, and any unsent score stored on that device. Scores already accepted by Game Center remain with Apple.
